helpful staff clean room quirky touches many stairs parking situation scratch card
the staff was lovely and helpful. the hotel and rooms are really clean. i loved the quirky finishing touches (they were amazing!).
there were a lot of stairs to climb and no lift. the parking situation was not good. street parking was available if i could find a space with a scratch card, costing six pounds from the hotel.

the staff were friendly. the customer service was good. the room, double room sea view, was themed well and clean. the breakfast was also good.
there were many stairs and no lift, so i had to carry my bags up myself. the parking wasn't good. it was on street parking and i had to find a space.

perfect attention fabulous breakfast fine view
this place is so special! the attention to detail blew me away. breakfast service directly to the room was fabulous. the views of the abbey are fine!
lots of stairs and no lift made moving luggage a bit tricky! it would be nice to have assistance.
